A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our side.
Messages Sent to Us
Emails and contact-form messages are retained as needed to respond. We do not share them outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Routine Technical Logs
A page visit can create standard technical and usage data, including:

- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring site, when supplied
